Well done again Lauren, we’re going to give your Christmas Chocolate Chip Reindeer Cookies recipe a go tomorrow.
Here is the recipe for the perfect little Christmas treat. Give it a go yourselves and let us know how they taste!
Make sure you have your cookie cutter!
– 125g unsalted butter
– 100g soft sugar
– 125g caster sugar
– 1 egg
– 1tsp vanilla extract
– 225g self raising flower
– 1.5 tsp salt
– 200g chocolate chipsI melt my butter and add both of my sugars, egg, salt, and add the self raising flower and mix mix mix.

– 200g chocolate chipsI melt my butter and add both of my sugars, egg, salt, and add the self raising flower and mix mix mix.
I then take my chocolate chips and mix them into the cookie mix. If you’re looking to make it a bit more festive add a bit of mint or ginger and the flavour will instantly pop.
Add onto a greased baking tray with your reindeer cut outs of the cookie mix.
I then bake for 30-45 mins, to get that crunchy cookie effect. Take out the oven sprinkle with icing dust and serve.
