When Mr & Mrs Thirlwell wanted a new bathroom they spoke to Court Homemakers and Sam took care of the whole project from start to finish. The Thirlwells wanted a full-size walk-in shower, but space was limited so they didn’t know whether this would be possible. Sam’s solution came in the shape of an Aquadart Roller 8 Sliding Door, which would enable the user to gain access via a sliding door; whist still providing the water protection of a single fixed glass panel. This is because, although the Aquadart Sliding Door comes in two panels, both panels run along the full length of the shower tray, making the fitting seamless. And, as there is only one profile and a wall stabilising bar, the enclosure could be fitting up to a window. A perfect space saving solution that also gave built-in storage between the shower and the wall and shelf storage actually in the shower.
The system used was the Aqualisa Quartz Blue Digital Shower System with fixed over head and hand set. The tiles chosen were Keraben Grey Rock coupled with a Coastal Driftwood Karndean flooring. Sam also used Court Homemakers’ own Graphite Fleetwood cabinets with a Premium black granite work surface and seat which complement everything perfectly.
The result was the client got exactly what they wanted and were over the moon with the result! So, if you’re thinking about a new kitchen, bathroom or bedroom and you know what you want, but not how you might achieve it, give Court Homemakers a call and one of the team will help you make your dream room a reality.
